📷 What is the Dance by GSP Ambassador Program?

As an ambassador, you will:

✔ Get 3 photoshoots per year
✔ Be featured in my portfolio, website, and marketing
✔ Have first dibs on creative collaborations & test shoots
✔ Promote Dance by GSP by sharing your photos & tagging @DancePhotographyByGSP

👤 Who Should Apply?

✅ Dancers of all styles (ballet, contemporary, jazz, etc.)
✅ Social media activity is a strong plus, but not a hard requirement—as long as you're okay being featured on my accounts.
✅ Located in DFW or surrounding areas
✅ Passionate about dance, photography, and creativity

📝 Under 18? Not a problem (and kind of expected) BUT parent approval & attendance required at all sessions.

📅 Program Commitment & Expectations

This is a seasonal commitment (August – May) with 3 guaranteed photoshoots.

✔ Three photoshoots per year
✔ Engage & share photos on social media (tag or collab @DancePhotographyByGSP)
✔ Parents of minors must approve & be present at all sessions

📌 Can’t make a shoot? Let me know in advance to reschedule or adjust. Frequent no-shows may lose ambassador perks.

📌 Leaving the program early? That’s okay! Just provide notice so I can offer the spot to another dancer.

📲 Social Media Expectations

Since ambassadors represent the brand, I expect three things:

✔ Tag @DancePhotographyByGSP or @GregorySeatonPhotography in posts using the images we create
✔ Approximately 2-3 posts per month (I'm not counting but that's the goal)
✔ Use our new program hashtag #GSPAmbassador
✔ Keep posts positive & professional

Do I have to pay to be an ambassador?: ➡ No! Ambassadors receive free or discounted shoots in exchange for helping to promote Gregory Seaton Photography.
What’s the time commitment?: ➡ We’ll do 3 shoots per year, plus sometimes optional creative projects. You just need to be active in sharing your images and engaging with the dance community online.
How long does the program last?: ➡ One academic year (August – May). No automatic renewals.
What are the Social Media Expectations?: ✔ Tag @DancePhotographyByGSP or @GregorySeatonPhotography in posts using our images
✔ Approximately 3 posts per month (I'm not counting but that's the goal)

📌 Ambassadors who engage and help grow the community may be invited back next year!
Can I do this if I’m already an ambassador for a different photographer?: ✔ Absolutely! As long as their program doesn’t have exclusivity rules, you’re welcome here. I believe every dancer should have the opportunity to work with photographers who inspire them—and if you connect with what I’m creating, I’d love to have you involved.
